Product and Customization
What are the minimum order quantities for custom garments and hats?
48 unit minimum, mixing 12 per garment / color to hit 48. Graphic size / color must stay the same.
What locations can you decorate?
We have state of the art domestic capabilities and can decorate pretty much anywhere. If our domestic abilities come up short, or import capabilities are near endless.
Can I get a sample of the artwork or product before placing a full order?
All new orders get an art approval before anything is produced, giving you peace of mind. Garment / hat sample request available.
Can you match my brand’s specific Pantone colors for the logo?
We can mix ink’s in house to match pantones and have a wide variety of threads and appliques to match as closely as possible.
Can I mix and match different styles or sizes in one order?
Mixing sizes is always welcome, 12 unit minimums on garments styles per color. Example: 12 black short sleeve tee’s, 12 navy long sleeve tee’s, 12 charcoal crews, 12 forest hoods.
Ordering and Process
What is the typical turnaround time from order to delivery?
Typical production turn time is 3-7 days, first time customer orders can add another 3-5 days. Shipping times vary based on location.
How do I submit my logo or artwork for customization?
Follow the form online, or schedule a consultation with one of our pro’s.
What file formats are accepted for logo uploads?
Please provide vector files for your logo’s, if you don’t have them, chances are we can use what you do provide.
Do you offer rush order services?
Quick turns is what we do, Rush orders do happen and we execute them on a daily basis. Contact us to see if your window is within our means.

No set up fee’s.

We accept ACH, check, cash, credit cards as well as net terms

We have multiple volume discounts available to customers, contact us to find out how to qualify for those discounts

Do you offer design assistance if I need help with my logo?
If you partner with us, with over 140 artist on staff we offer simple logo and color changes all the way to complete rebranding. Free of charge for partners of all our brands.
